Why daily inspection — Wheel loader

Wheel loaders operate in zones with heavy foot and vehicle traffic. The CSTC requires a pre-operation inspection covering brakes, steering, hydraulics, tires, and safety devices (backup alarm, mirrors, seatbelt).

Tire pressure directly affects machine stability. Center pivot joints must be checked for excessive play. The bucket should be inspected for cracks and loose mounting bolts.
