1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OK Sécurité application (“the Service”), operated by 15069685 Canada inc. (“we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

OK Sécurité is a safety checklist application for construction job sites. It allows workers to complete inspections and supervisors to manage teams, sites, and custom checklists.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Free plan provides limited access to basic features.
• The Silver and Gold plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@ok-securite.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Overload or disrupt the operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of the Service, including text, logos, predefined checklists, and source code, is the property of 15069685 Canada inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

OK Sécurité is a compliance assistance tool and does not replace professional judgment, official inspections, or legal obligations regarding occupational health and safety. Use of the Service does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a violation of these terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
