Inspect drum(s) — cracks, dents, padfoot wear if equipped

Check rear tires (if combination roller) — pressure, wear

Check hydraulic hoses and cylinders — no leaks

Check fluid levels: hydraulic, engine, coolant

Inspect drum water spray system — nozzles clear

Headlights, lights, beacon and backup alarm functional

ROPS structure intact — no deformationCritical

Fire extinguisher present and charge verified

Start — check gauges and warning lights

Test service and parking brakes

Test steering

Test vibration system — start, stop, amplitude adjustment

Test travel — forward and reverse

Check horn and backup alarm

Seat belt functional

Record hourmeter reading

Log any deficiency in the inspection register

Report any major deficiency to supervisorCritical
