Why daily inspection — Backhoe loader

Backhoe loaders combine loading and excavating functions, multiplying risk points: crushing, underground utility strikes, and lateral tip-over during digging. The CSTC requires a full pre-operation inspection covering both ends of the machine.

Stabilizers must be deployed and properly blocked before any backhoe operation. Switching between loader and backhoe mode must be secured by mechanical lockout of the unused end.
