Risks and prevention — Fence installation

Construction fence installation involves digging post holes, handling fencing, and working near traffic. CSTC 3.15.1: locate utilities before digging. Info-Excavation is the usual means, not named in the Code.

Temporary guardrails follow CSTC 3.8.3 (1 to 1.2 m, toeboard ≥ 90 mm). Site access is limited to authorized persons (3.1.1). There is no generic “perimeter fence height X” article.
