Why daily inspection — Concrete pump
Concrete pumps pose risks of power-line contact (deployed boom), hose failure under pressure, and tip-over. The CSTC requires a documented inspection covering support stability, pipeline condition, and safety control function.
Boom deployment must be planned considering overhead-line clearances and reach. Pump hoses must be firmly secured to resist surge during pumping. Clearing blocked lines follows strict procedure due to residual pressure.
