PPE worn: waterproof boots, pH-resistant gloves, safety glasses, hard hat

Formwork verified, oiled and conforming to plan

Concrete delivery slip conforming (strength, slump, admixtures)

Vibrating needle and vibrator tested and functional

Mixer truck access clear — signal person in place if reversing

Overhead power lines identified — safe distance maintainedCritical

Pouring in regular lifts — drop height ≤ 1.5 m

Vibration applied without excess (avoid segregation)

Level and flatness checked during placement

Skin contact with fresh concrete avoided (chemical burn risk)
